Order Placement:
At this stage, your order has been received. The details of your personalized product will be forwarded to our manufacturer and prepared for processing.
Processing Your Products:
The item will enter the production phase within 1-2 business days. Following production, there will be a processing period of 1-2 business days to package the item and affix your name along with the shipping label to the package.
*Please note: If you have any modification requests for your order, it may require an additional 1-3 business days for processing.
Shipment:
Once processed, your order will be promptly handed over to the shipping carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number for your package. It may take 1-3 business days for the tracking to be activated.

Package in Transit:
Your package will undergo transportation from domestic distribution to local distribution as part of its transit process. Shipments within the USA typically take 2-8 business days, while international shipments generally take 7-14 business days from the date of shipment.
Out for Delivery:
At this stage, your package has an estimated delivery date and is out for delivery.
Delivered:
When the tracking status shows "Delivered," your package has reached its destination. You can locate it by checking your mailbox, with family members, or around your house, or by contacting your local post office.
**We understand your eagerness to receive your package promptly. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could potentially impact the shipment process.
If you have not received any shipping email, including the tracking number.
If your package has stopped updating while in transit within 7-10 business days.
Please do not worry in these cases, as the tracking may not have been scanned yet. Your package is still in transit normally.
***Nevertheless, if you notice that your package has not been updated for over 15 business days, or if the tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it within 2-3 days, we kindly request you to contact us via CONTACT US and we will provide you with the necessary assistance.
